Parking Regulations
You have one designated parking spot. If you have two vehicles, the other vehicle will park in a “guest” spot.
Every resident will receive a free parking decal for your vehicle. Tenant decals must be renewed annually when your lease is renewed.
All guest must have a guest pass from security, residents will not be issued guest passes.
Back-in parking is prohibited
No vehicle or other possessions belonging to an apartment owner or to a member of the family or guest, tenant, lessee shall be positioned in such a manner as to impede or prevent ready access to another apartment owner’s parking space. The apartment owner, members of the family, guests, tenants or lessee will obey the parking regulations posted in the private streets parking areas, and/or stated in the Rules and Regulations
Vans and pickups are allowed. No vehicles over 1 ton, nor campers or trailers shall be permitted on the Association’s property.
No vehicles which are larger than the parking space, will be permitted to park at any time.
Owners or lessee are allowed to park only in the parking space assigned to their particular unit. If a unit owner or lessee has more than one vehicle all other vehicles must be parked in a guest space.
Back-in parking is prohibited.

All vehicles must be parked in a space.
Vehicles consisting of the following criteria will be considered abandoned and prohibited from parking: (1) Expired tag more than one month; (2) vehicles which do not meet manufacturers original vehicle design. Vehicles will be removed within 48 hours.
Unit owners or lessee observing the above violations must contact the security guard who will issue only one warning for the vehicle prior to towing except when a vehicle is parked in an assigned space. When a vehicle is parked illegally in an assigned space, the person assigned to that space must fill out a parking Affidavit (from security) claiming ownership of the space. In this incident the vehicle will be immediately towed.
